Okay so here comes Hot Bepper No.3!

SO this time, we would like to introduce a fancy Japanese pub called Izakaya Shun-No-Takumi ～TAKUMI～!

Apparently that famous hot spring master Mr.Sato is also in love with this place!

旬ノ匠さんは、北浜の駅前商店街をちょっと入っていった所にある、知る人ぞ知る居酒屋さんです。

入ってすぐにカウンター席がずらっと並び、奥にはテーブル席もあります。

ここで是非オススメしたいのが温泉蒸し料理！

別府といえば温泉！というのは皆さんもうご存知でしょうが、温泉蒸しは食べたことない方も多いのでは？

鉄輪まで行かずして温泉蒸しが食べられるお店は北浜でも少ないんだとか！

Shun-No-Takumi is izakaya that located in Kitahama Ekimae arcade.

There are counter tables when you step in to the room, and you will find dining table inside.

Onsen-Mushi-ryori is one of the most recommended menus in this izakaya.

Beppu equals to Onsen, you know that right, though I guess a lot of people have never tried “Onsen mushi”. It is kinda hard to grab Onsen mushi in Kitahama, where you will easily be able to find it in Kannawa! 

メニューは日によって変わるマスターの気まぐれらしく、旬のものやその日美味しいものを使った料理がほとんど！

お肉もお魚もお野菜もたくさんメニューがあってついつい悩んじゃいました！（笑）

他にも居酒屋さんならではのお酒に合いそうなメニューがたくさん！あまりに美味しそうで取材班も写真を撮り忘れて夢中で食べてしまいました（笑）

The master of TAKUMI changes menus according to his mind. I really took long time to decide which dish to order since there are so many kinds of menus like seafood, veges and meat! Haha

Oh, and of course there are so many foods that go with dirnks, and all of those foods looked fabulous! We almost forgot to take photos and about to eat them :P

そしてもちろん、お酒も充実していますよ～！

旬ノ匠にはとにかく日本酒が美味しい！！

いつも少なくても18以上の日本酒を取り揃えているそうです。さらにどんどん入荷予定だとか！

別府でこれだけたくさんの日本酒を楽しめるお店は他にはなく、日本酒を飲みに来られるお客様も多いそうです！！

Takumi has all sorts of drinks of course, though the best there is Japanese sake for sure. 

TAKUMI takes in at least 18 of Japanese sake, and they are planning to have more.

Since there are no such places that you can enjoy many sorts of Japanese sake other than TAKUMI, there are lots of customers who comes to enjoy Japanese sake.
