今や時の人！！げるしは何者なのか！？

突然ですが、皆さんげるしさんをご存じですか？

Hello everyone. Do you know Gerushi??

天空祭あたりの時期から、噴水前をはじめとするキャンパス内のいたる所に

段ボールハウスを設置していたり、竹のボールのようなものを身につけて歩いたり、様々なことをしていたあの人です。

He was the one who put cardboards everywhere on the campus, walked with the bamboo balls and did some other wired stuff.

いや〜、かなり目立っていましたよね！

APU生なら１度は必ず見たことがあると思います。

He was so outstanding, wasn't he? I guess every APU student have seen him before.

そこで、私たちベッペーパーは

げるしさんとは一体何者なのか迫るために

げるしさん本人に突撃インタビューをしてきました！！

So,we, Beppaper interviwed him to know what he is actually thinking and to know who he is.

編集部：こんにちは！今日はよろしくお願いします！まずは簡単な自己紹介をお願いします。

げるしさん：こんにちは〜〜、APS3回生の川野慈（かわのしげる）です〜！東京出身です。

Beppaper : Good afternoon, GERUSHI san!! Thank you for being interviewed today. Please introduce yourself briefly.

GERUSHI : Hi~ I am Kawano Shigeru. I'm a 3rd year student and I am in APS. I am from Tokyo.

編：まず、天空祭でなぜあのような活動をしていたのか、教えて頂きたいです！

げ：APUにこんな人もいるんだ〜と思ってほしくて・・

B : So.. at first.. We would like to know why you did that activity in Tenku Festival, such as placing a carton box house in front of the fountain and so on? 

G : Um... I wanted people to notice that there is a person like me in APU...

編：こんな人・・・とは？

げ：若干おかしいひと（笑）それは冗談で・・、仲間あつめ、そしてとにかく目立つためにやっていました。

B : A person who is like you...??like what??

G : a bit strange person?? haha that's a joke. Actually, I did that to be outstanding. And Also, I wanted to gather people like me at the same time.

編：仲間集めですか！何の仲間を集めるためですか？

げ：APUを変える革命を起こすための仲間あつめですね。

B: Gather people?? what for??

G: To change APU! REVOLUTION!

編：革命！？！？とても興味深いです！具体的に教えて頂けませんか？

げ：学生がつくる大学をつくりたいな、と考えていて。例えばオフィスは学生がやったり、学生が教授を呼んだり、大学生が作っていく大学が理想ですね。

B:Revolution!? Can you tell us more about it??

G: I want APU to be the school “the school which students create” For example, the students work at the office, the students gather the professors,, something like that.

編：学生主体の大学・・・すばらしいですね 。実際このような活動をしてみて、反響はありましたか？

げ：そうですね〜、まずオフィスや天空祭実行委員会の人達にいろいろと言われました。警察を呼ぶとも言われましたが、結局呼ばれなかったです（笑）あとは、興味を持って話しかけてくれるAPU生もいたし、学外の人から後日連絡が来たりもしましたね。あとは子供達が段ボールハウスに遊びに来てくれました！笑

B: That’s wonderful! Do you think you could make differences by doing the activities?

G: Well…. the people from the office and the Tenku festival members came up to me so many times. They told me that they will call the police but they didn’t do so at the end. lol. Some APU students were really interested in me. In addition, some people outside from school contacted me too. the kids came to play with the cardboard as well.

編：やはり反響はすごかったんですね。私の周りでは宗教団体ではないかという噂もありましたよ！笑

げ：え〜〜〜！？おもしろい！笑

B: Some people around me were talking it maybe the new religion group hahahha

G: ehhhhhh! really??? thats funny!

編：これからはどのように革命をすすめていきたいですか？

げ：今は宣伝活動をして人を集めていますが、ある程度人数が集まったら実際に実践をしていきたいですね。でも実は僕革命家になりたいわけではなくて、革命家のヒモになりたいと考えているんです。

B: From now, how do you want to proceed your revolution?

G: For now, I am gathering people by advertising the activities but after i gather some more people, I want to do more activities. In fact, I do not want to be the revolutionist but i just want to support the revolutionist.

編：革命家のヒモ！？！？

げ：この宣伝活動で、革命家のカリスマみたいな人を見つけられたらいいなと。僕はその革命家を支援するヒモで・・でしゃばりたくないので・・・あはは

B: What do you mean???

G: By doing this activities, I wish to find the specialist of the revolution. I do not want to be the leader, i hope to support them

編：そうなんですか・・！いいカリスマが見つかるといいですね！他にも何か活動をしているのですか？

げ：ヒッチハイク交通網と古民家を改修して家賃０円のAPハウスを造るプロジェクトをやっています。

B: I see, we wish you that you will find the specialist soon! Do you do any other activities??

G: I do hitchhike transportation project, and the 0yen AP house project by reforming the old japanese house.

編：す・・すごい！

げ：今日も昨日も、毎日ヒッチハイクで学校に来ています。ヒッチハイクをすると毎日新しい出会いがあるし、なによりもお金がかからないです。この前は清家先生に乗せてもらいました。ヒッチハイク交通網をもっと広げて、このあたりの名物みたいにしたいという願いがありますね

B:Oh wow!

G: today, yesterday, i come here by doing hitchhike. I do it everyday. I meet new people everyday and i do not have to pay everyday! that is really awesome! I want many people to do this!

編：ほんとうにいろいろな事をやっているのですね、お話しを聞くたびに驚きばかりで感動しました！今日は本当にありがとうございました。

げ：こちらこそありがとうございました〜！

B: You are doing so many things! I was so moved by the stories Thank you so much for today!

G Thank you!

今回、竹のボール？オブジェ？のようなものを身につけてインタビューをうけてくれたげるしさん。考えていることも、行動力や勇気もぶっとんでいて、編集部もみな驚いてばかりでした。不審者でも宗教の勧誘の人でもなく、とっっっても気さくでユーモアのある方でした！！みなさんもキャンパスでげるしさんを見かけたら1度話しかけてみては？きっと、新しい何かを発見できるかもしれませんよ！

During the interview, he was wearing the Bamboo ball . We were so surprised by his thinking , activities and braveness. You might be able to find something new too if you talk with Gerushi!
