Hot Bepper グリーンスポット

梅雨入りを感じさせない晴天が続いていますね！

Rainy season is already coming, but it’s been good weather these days!

今日はHot Beppaperです。喫茶店グリーンスポットにお邪魔してきました。

Today is the day of Hot Beppaper. We’d like to introduce coffee shop “Green Spot.”

ここグリーンスポットでは珍しいコーヒーが飲めるとのことなので早速入っていきましょう！

店内には6台の水出し用の抽出機があります。これだけでも圧巻ですが、なんと店のマスターさんは店舗より広い焙煎室を持っているようです！！

There are six coffee maker. It is surprising. However, owner of green spot has a bigger room for roast than shop.

「琥珀の女王」です！！

It is “Kohaku-no-Jouou!” Kohaku-no-Jouou is Queen of Amber in English.

琥珀の女王は写真のように2層に分かれていて、上がミルクと砂糖で下の部分がコーヒーという珍しい構成をしているんですね！

上のミルクと砂糖の部分が甘すぎず、下のコーヒーの味が隠れない丁度いい加減でした！

Kohaku-no-Jouou is divided two layers. The upper part is milk and sugar. The bottom part is coffee.

It is divided two parts clearly. Master of the cafe tell us the way to drink it. He didn't allow me to mix layers, so I drunk it without mix. The way to drink make taste better!

This coffee takes 48 hours to extract!

Length of extracting is longer than any other coffee shop which provide Kohaku-no-Jouou!

As you know, it is very high quality.

However, it’s cheap. It cost you no more than 700 yen!!!!

ここグリーンスポットのマスターは昔、東京でお店やっていて、名の知れた喫茶店だったそうで、お客さんの9割は県外の方だそうです。
